Terms of Service

The agreement for using Waypoint, a product of Zaavio LLC.

Effective October 12, 2026

Who these terms are with

Waypoint is a dispatch and load product from Zaavio LLC ("Zaavio," "we," or "us"). These terms apply when a motor carrier or other freight company ("you" or the "carrier") uses the public site, the signed-in board, customer views, public tracking, or the driver app on iOS and Android.

The carrier is our customer. Drivers, dispatchers, and shippers who receive a tracking link use Waypoint because that carrier put them on it. They are not buying the product from the app stores.

Questions: usmankayy@zaavio.dev.

The product

Waypoint lets a carrier create and assign loads, have drivers update status from the road, keep GPS check calls on a live load, store proof of delivery, and share status with people the carrier authorizes.

We may change features as we operate the product. We will not use the service to sell advertising against your loads or your drivers.

Accounts and your company

The carrier owns the tenant: company settings, users, loads, rates, and related records. Desk users create driver and customer accounts. You are responsible for who you invite, what they can do, and the information you put in Waypoint.

Keep credentials confidential. If you think an account was misused, tell us and reset access from the board. We may suspend an account that is being abused or that puts the service at risk.

Location and tracking

Location is collected to run the load, as described in our Privacy Policy. Background GPS during a live load is for check calls and authorized tracking, not for ads.

Anyone with a load's tracking ID and passcode can see that shipment's status and location. The carrier decides who receives those details.

Acceptable use

Use Waypoint only for lawful freight operations. Do not:

  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or try to access another company's data.
  • Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to store.
  • Misrepresent who you are, or use the driver app to track people unrelated to a load.
  • Resell or white-label Waypoint without a written agreement with Zaavio.

Payment

Carriers pay Zaavio outside the driver app. There are no in-app purchases. Fees, if any, are set in a separate commercial arrangement with Zaavio.

Availability

We aim to keep the board, API, and apps available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maps, hosting, and SMS depend on processors we do not control. You are responsible for how your desk and drivers use the product on a given day, including when a device is offline or location is declined.

Intellectual property

Zaavio owns Waypoint, including the software, name, and marks. You own the load and account data you put into it. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data so we can provide the product.

Disclaimer and liability

Waypoint is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will meet every operational need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zaavio is not liable for lost profits, lost loads, or indirect damages arising from use of the product, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Waypoint in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Waypoint and contact us to close the tenant.
